How long does it take to charge?:It takes 5-6 hours to completely charge/recharge.
Will my device let me know when it's low on battery?:When your battery is too low, you will hear a 3 “same note” signal. If your device's battery is too low to turn on, all 3 battery lights flash but the last light is red
What are the main ingredients in your products?:Our products contain active ingredients that repel mosquitos and inactive ingredients that assist with their release into the air. Our rechargeable platform repellent cartridges use metofluthrin as the repellent active ingredient.
Can I travel on an airplane with my rechargeable repeller?:Yes, current TSA and FAA regulations allow you to travel with a rechargeable repeller if it is in your carry-on baggage. Refills would follow TSA and FAA liquid guidelines. Please follow all TSA and FAA regulations.
