All transactions conducted on Thermacellshop are settled in United States Dollar (USD) as the unified currency unit. All product prices, service fees, and settlement amounts displayed on the website are denominated in USD.
Thermacellshop provides free worldwide shipping services for all eligible orders. No additional shipping fees will be charged for any valid purchase orders submitted on our platform.
All confirmed orders will be processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment verification and order confirmation.
The standard delivery time for all orders is estimated to be 6 to 12 business days from the shipment date, covering all delivery regions served by our platform.
We do not provide expedited shipping services. All orders will be delivered in accordance with the standard 6 to 12 days delivery cycle without priority processing.
Customers are eligible to apply for return services within 60 calendar days from the date of receiving the ordered products. All return requests must be initiated within this valid period to be accepted and processed.
All return applications must comply with our Refund Policy requirements. Products for return must be unopened, unused, intact, and in resalable condition unless quality defects or official delivery errors occur.
Once we receive, inspect, and approve your valid return application and returned products, the refund process will be completed within 5 to 10 working days.
All approved refunds will be automatically returned to the customer’s original payment method and original payment account.
Customers are solely responsible for verifying product specifications, quantities, and order information before submitting payments. Thermacellshop will process orders strictly according to the confirmed order information.
We reserve the right to verify customer order information and suspend order processing for abnormal or suspicious orders to ensure transaction security and compliance.
Thermacellshop reserves the right to update and adjust these Terms of Purchase without prior notice. The latest terms will take effect immediately after being published on our official website.
